The Sturtevant's experience is all about knowledge and premium service. It starts when you log on or walk into one of our stores and continues long after your purchase has been made. The knowledge is a product of waiting for that first chair on a powder day, countless hours on the court and early mornings behind the boat. From our owners to each employee, the passion of each of these sports runs deep.

We are confident that our experienced staff will help you select the right equipment for your needs. If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations we will give you 100% of your investment towards another product that we/you feel will better meet your needs. We do ask that you allow us the opportunity to work with you on these situations to find the best solution (we may recommend a demo ski before making another selection, or we may recommend additional boot fit aids). In any case our goal is to make you a satisfied customer when you have entrusted our staff to help you make your product selection. If we are not able to satisfy your needs we may choose to offer a refund.
