Who was that masked man robbing a UP bank? | Crime

A University Place bank was held up this morning by a man in a “Jason” style hockey mask this morning about 10 a.m.

The robber walked into a Chase Bank branch in the 6900 block of 19th Street West with the mask over his mug and demanded cash.

No weapon was seen.

He then ran on foot behind the nearby Value Village store.

He is described as a white male in his 30’s about 6’ 1” tall with a goatee and a shaved head.

He was wearing a dark hoodie, black leather gloves, dark pants and a white bandana.

Crimestoppers is offering a $1000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man behind the mask.
